At Inleado ("Inleado," "we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal data when you access our website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information

  • Full name, email address, and phone number
  • Company name and size
  • Login credentials (via Google Sign-In, limited to OpenID, email, and optionally profile)
  • Calendar information from Google Calendar (availability, free/busy blocks, calendar lists, and events created through our Services)
  • CRM-related data synced with HubSpot (contacts, companies, meetings)
  • Billing and payment information via Stripe
  • IP address and device information

b. Non-Personal Information

  • Browser type and version
  • Time zone setting and approximate location
  • Clickstream data
  • Aggregated usage statistics

2. Google User Data

Inleado integrates with Google services and requests the following OAuth scopes:

  • openid, email — Used to authenticate your identity and link your Google account to Inleado.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly — Used so you can select which of your calendars should receive bookings.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy — Used to display busy blocks and show accurate availability without accessing event content.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned — Used to manage events owned by the signed-in user.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — Used to create, update, and cancel events generated by Inleado on the calendars you select. We do not alter unrelated events.

We do not request the broad /auth/calendar scope. All scopes requested are the minimum required to provide scheduling functionality.

How We Use Google Data

  • Calendar list data: To let you pick which calendars are used for scheduling.
  • Free/busy data: To calculate availability and prevent double-booking.
  • Event data: To create, update, and cancel meetings scheduled through Inleado.
  • Identity (OpenID/email): To confirm account ownership, display user details, and send booking confirmations.

We do not access the content of events we did not create, nor do we modify or delete unrelated calendar data.

We do not use Google Calendar or identity data for advertising, targeting, or marketing purposes.

Sharing of Google User Data

We do not share Google Calendar data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., with HubSpot for CRM syncing if you have connected your account). We do not sell or use your Google data for advertising.

Storing Google User Data

  • Google Calendar data (such as free/busy and selected calendar IDs) is cached only as long as necessary to provide scheduling functionality.
  • Events created by Inleado are stored securely and tied to your CRM records.
  • We do not permanently store unrelated Google event details.
  • You may revoke Inleado's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
